The pandemic amplifies and accelerates many existing trends, e.g. going digital, health & wellness (4:38) and the decline of traditional sales channels (8:37).
The digital trend is strong and will stay. Take food retail in the USA as an example, it's now about organic, locally-sourced food, and online ordering. (6:12)
Companies that are digitally savvy and have deeper consumer trust will outperform in their sector. (10:32)
